What to Expect
Your 60-minute session begins in a calming, spa-like space with soft lighting, gentle music and a relaxing scent to help your whole system unwind.
You’ll wear loose-fitting pants and secure underwear so small Bioelectric Meridian Therapy pads can be placed near the hip area.
These pads create a soft, rhythmic pulse — similar to a mild TENS sensation — which moves through my fingertips as I massage your back, encouraging deeper release throughout the body.
The first 30 minutes combine the BMT massage with Reiki gently woven through, allowing your body to release tension and drop into deep relaxation.
For the final phase, you’ll be covered warmly while space is held for energetic healing and chakra balancing.
Everything comes together to ground, soothe and realign your energy so you leave feeling clear, centred and deeply restored.
