Counselling for Women
Professional counselling supporting women experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, menopause and life transitions. Sessions integrate counselling, somatic body-based awareness and coaching approaches to help calm the nervous system, understand emotional patterns and reconnect with who you truly are.

Release Negative Emotions
(Time Line Therapy)
A focused 2-hour session designed to help release long-held emotional responses such as anger, sadness, fear, guilt or shame at their root. This process helps shift unconscious patterns so you can respond to life with greater calm, clarity and emotional freedom.
Reiki Healing & Energy Clearing
A gentle energy healing session designed to restore emotional and energetic balance. Sessions may include Reiki healing, chakra balancing, grounding and energetic clearing to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and a deeper sense of calm.
Signature Nervous System Massage
A deeply restorative body-based session combining therapeutic massage and Reiki energy healing to help calm the nervous system and release emotional tension held in the body.
Many women begin here when anxiety, sadness or emotional overwhelm feels too intense to talk through. As the body begins to feel safer and more settled, deeper emotional healing can naturally unfold.
