Group sessions offer a supportive, guided environment where you can explore, release and reconnect alongside others who are on a similar path. You’re not here to be fixed — you’re here to be witnessed, supported and gently guided back to yourself.

These sessions blend counselling-informed guidance, holistic practices and intuitive facilitation, creating a space that feels safe, grounded and human.
