Life can feel heavy when you’re holding everything together. Sometimes the weight of stress, anxiety, grief or old patterns becomes too much to manage alone. Counselling offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and reconnect with yourself.

I work with those navigating a range of challenges — including anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship struggles, self-worth issues, life transitions, grief and trauma. I also support individuals and families impacted by addiction, helping them find understanding, strength and a sense of calm when things feel uncertain.

How Counselling Helps

Counselling isn’t just about talking — it’s about being heard. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences to uncover the patterns driving your reactions and create new ways to move forward. You’ll gain tools to manage difficult emotions, improve communication and rebuild trust with yourself and others.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and person-centred therapy with holistic practices like mindfulness, somatic awareness and emotional regulation. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you.

Time Line Therapy®

Alongside traditional counselling, I also offer Time Line Therapy®, a specialised two-hour session designed to release deeply held negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt.

Using gentle yet powerful techniques, Time Line Therapy® works with the subconscious mind to restructure how these emotions are stored and understood. Rather than being triggered by past experiences, you begin to view them with calm awareness and self-compassion, creating space for healing, forgiveness and new perspective.

This process helps to clear emotional blocks, allowing you to respond to life from a place of empowerment instead of reaction. It’s a transformative approach that has created lasting change in both myself and many of my clients.

Who I Help

I support people who want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change, whether that’s letting go of people-pleasing, finding confidence, managing anxiety or learning to care for themselves while supporting someone else.

Counselling can help when you:

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious or constantly on edge
  • Struggle to say no or set boundaries
  • Are navigating grief, loss or major life change
  • Are supporting a loved one through addiction or recovery
  • Want to feel more grounded, connected and at peace within yourself

What to Expect

Each session is a space to explore, reflect and learn practical tools you can use straight away.

  • Within three sessions, many people begin to feel lighter and clearer about what’s driving their emotions.

  • Around six sessions, you’ll start using the tools and insights to create tangible change.

  • By twelve sessions, deeper shifts often occur, understanding the roots of long-held patterns and beginning to heal what was never truly yours to carry.

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, needs and readiness for change. There’s no pressure, just gentle guidance at a pace that feels right for you.
